Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026-03-18
1. ip
RackForge Works keeps ownership of workshop materials, templates, exercises, and written methods unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Clients may use delivered playbooks internally for operational training and maintenance coordination. They may not resell, publish, or redistribute materials outside their organization without written permission.
2. termination
Either party may end a workshop engagement when a material obligation remains unresolved after written notice and a reasonable correction period. Confirmed sessions may be rescheduled according to the agreed statement of work. Termination does not remove duties that should reasonably survive, including confidentiality and protection of materials.
3. user-obligations
Clients are responsible for accurate site information, safe access, qualified attendees, and approval for any internal procedures shared with RackForge Works. Participants must follow facility rules and avoid live system changes unless the client has expressly authorized that activity.
4. law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts of Seoul, Korea, unless mandatory law requires another venue.
5. service-description
RackForge Works provides server infrastructure maintenance workshops, preventive review sessions, recovery drills, and operational support planning. Services are educational and advisory in nature. They do not replace original equipment manufacturer obligations, facility management authority, or emergency repair providers.
6. liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Korean law, RackForge Works is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or damage caused by unauthorized client actions. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
7. acceptance
By using this website, requesting a workshop, or accepting a proposal, the client confirms that it has authority to act for its organization and agrees to these terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

We retain contact, inquiry, and workshop coordination records only as long as needed for service delivery, quality review, and legal obligations under Korean law. Routine inquiry records are reviewed periodically and removed when there is no continuing operational need.
2. contact
RackForge Works can be reached at welcome@feed-click.digital for privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or changing records related to an organization.
3. use-of-data
We use submitted data to respond to inquiries, plan workshops, prepare maintenance exercises, manage support conversations, improve documentation, and meet quality standards. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated promotional profiling.
4. scope
This notice applies to the website, contact forms, workshop planning communications, and client support interactions. It does not cover third-party tools or client systems that remain under the client organization control.

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal information where Korean privacy law grants those rights. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain when a record must be retained for lawful business or dispute purposes.

We may collect names, business email addresses, phone numbers, company names, role details, message content, workshop preferences, and technical context voluntarily provided by the client. We avoid collecting sensitive personal data and ask clients not to submit credentials or confidential system secrets.

Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-01-29
1. contact
Refund or cancellation questions should be sent to welcome@feed-click.digital with the organization name, workshop title, confirmed date, and reason for the request. We review requests according to the service agreement and applicable consumer protection rules in Korea.
2. eligibility
A refund may be available when a confirmed workshop is cancelled at least fourteen days before the scheduled start and substantial preparation has not been delivered. Custom research, site-specific playbooks, and completed sessions may be excluded from refund eligibility.
3. process
After receiving a request, RackForge Works reviews the engagement record, preparation status, and any agreed rescheduling options. We provide a written response explaining approval, partial approval, or denial. Approved returns are processed through the original commercial channel when practicable.
4. exceptions
No refund is owed for client no-shows, unsafe site access, withheld information that prevents delivery, or cancellation after substantial custom preparation. Mandatory rights under Korean law remain unaffected and will be respected where they apply.
5. scope
This policy applies to workshop programs, preventive maintenance audits, recovery drills, and lifecycle planning services offered by RackForge Works. It does not apply to separate third-party tools, hardware, facility services, or vendor obligations arranged by the client.
6. timeframe
Approved refund actions are normally initiated within ten business days after written confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on public holidays, client procurement workflows, and documentation needed by the client organization.
